I hereby authorize Apollo Finvest (India) Limited (“AFIL”) to collect, use, store, process, and disclose my personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, for the purposes of processing my loan application, assessing my creditworthiness, and servicing my loan.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Obtaining my credit report from credit information companies, including CRIF High Mark and any other RBI-approved credit bureau, for identity verification, creditworthiness assessment, and ongoing credit monitoring

• Verifying my KYC details through Hyperverge, including fetching Aadhaar information from UIDAI and PAN details from Hyperverge via NSDL

• Accessing my income and employment information from relevant sources

I explicitly authorize AFIL and its authorized vendor FinBox to collect and analyze additional device data, including SMS information related to financial transactions and details of installed applications on my device, on a periodic and recurring basis for the duration of my relationship with AFIL. This information will be used solely for lawful purposes such as credit evaluation, risk assessment, underwriting, and improvement of services, and will not include reading or collecting personal or private messages.

I understand that AFIL may share my information with its partner service providers, credit bureaus, regulators, and government authorities as required under applicable laws and RBI regulations. AFIL will not share my personal information with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

I agree to receive commercial, transactional, and service-related communications from AFIL, including via SMS, email, push notifications, and voice calls. I understand that this consent will be recorded through a One-Time Password (OTP) process via the Digital Consent Acquisition (DCA) system in compliance with TCCCPR-2018 Regulations, and that I may withdraw my consent at any time in accordance with applicable laws.

I confirm that I am providing this consent voluntarily, have read and understood the Privacy Policy of AFIL, and agree to be bound by its terms.
